Unwasted Youth
Aged eleven winters, Zorya is the eldest child of Hesperia and the late Hyuponia Lunamaesta. She's a troubled girl often buries herself in anything she can to distract herself from her own life, often finding solace in the pages of any book she can get her hands on.
As a result of reading so much, she can get carried away in the real world. To her, everyone is a character with their own narrative, a hero or heroine in their own right-- even Zorya herself! She loves pretending to be the fictionalized version of herself that her mother created for her long ago in bed time stories: The Dancing Walking One.
Zorya lives with her mother Hesperia and stepmother Nomuqan, along with her four siblings: Libra, her full-brother, stepsister Ghoa, and her baby half-sisters, twins Celestine and Leontine. Along with housing staff, the family lives a somewhat hermit-like lifestyle in a mansion deep within the Twelveswood.
The Dancing Walking One
This fictional version of Zorya is named for the way she learned to walk based off the dance-like flight of the Sylphs who raised her. She is an orphan bard of dubious origins who learns important life lessons in her adventures in the Twelveswood.
Adoring this version of herself, Zorya has picked up the bow to be more like her. She is somewhat-unknowingly developing her own unique combat style based off how she envisions the Dancing Walking One's ways with a bow, a dagger, and dancing swagger. Zorya has even taken up the harp and lyre, creating her own songs based off her experiences with the people she encounters.
RP Hooks
Zorya spends a lot of time wandering out in the Twelveswood. This is one of the best places to find her for casual RP!
She loves music: singing, playing, and composing. She can always use tutoring, as there's plenty of room for improvement (I know OOC how to transcribe music to be playable already)!
Zorya currently takes a few classes at the Lunar Rose Academy part-time. She's a little adverse to formal/full-time schooling, though maybe she'll find a school she likes!
She carries around a broken mammet that she'd desperately like fixed-- if one is mechanically inclined or works at such a shop, she may show up there!
She tends to gravitate toward places where kids her age or older might hang out, such as the Gold Saucer, the Magitek Princess, or other establishments.
